Privacy policy

Last updated 4 August 2026. This policy reflects what the site actually does today. If we add new data processing, this page changes first.

The short version

This site collects very little. We count page visits with Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting tool that sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites. There are no advertising trackers. You can read everything here without telling us who you are.

What we receive

If you email hello@ascendra.one, we receive what you send and use it to reply and, if an engagement follows, to run it. We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for reasonable records afterwards.

The problem intake

When you type a problem into the “bring us one problem” intake and file it, that text is sent to our server and analysed by an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude), grounded only on this site’s own content, so we can classify it and show you a verdict. We do not store what you type at that stage. Your problem, the verdict, and your email address are recorded only if you then choose to book a discovery call, we keep that lead so we can prepare for and follow up on the call.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are read and roughly where visits come from. It works without cookies, stores no persistent identifiers in your browser, and gives us counts, not profiles. We use it to decide what to write and improve next, nothing else.

Infrastructure

The site is served by Vercel and its content is stored in Supabase. Like any hosting providers, they keep standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) to operate the service. We do not combine these logs with anything or use them to identify visitors.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, subject to legal record-keeping duties. Write to hello@ascendra.one and we will respond within 30 days.

Jurisdiction and changes

We are an India-registered company and handle personal data under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Updates to this policy appear on this page with a new date above.
