Last updated 14 July 2026. This policy reflects what the site actually does today. If we add analytics or new data processing, this page changes first.

The short version

This site collects almost nothing. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set by us. You can read everything here without telling us who you are.

What we receive

If you email hello@ascendra.one, we receive what you send and use it to reply and, if an engagement follows, to run it. We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for reasonable records afterwards.

The problem intake

Text you type into the “file your problem” intake is processed entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is transmitted to us or to any third party unless you choose to send the pre-filled email it produces.

Infrastructure

The site is served by Vercel and its content is stored in Supabase. Like any hosting providers, they keep standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) to operate the service. We do not combine these logs with anything or use them to identify visitors.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, subject to legal record-keeping duties. Write to hello@ascendra.one and we will respond within 30 days.

Jurisdiction and changes

We are an India-registered company and handle personal data under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Updates to this policy appear on this page with a new date above.
