Terms of service

Last updated 14 July 2026. These are baseline terms. Engagement-specific agreements supersede them, and a comprehensive version reviewed by counsel will replace this page.

Who we are

Ascendra Ventures (“Ascendra”, “we”) is an India-registered technology services company operating at www.ascendra.one. These terms govern use of this website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, form the baseline for our engagements.

Engagements and deliverables

Each engagement covers one defined technology problem with a written scope, a fixed price, and named deliverables. Anything outside that scope is a new engagement. We deliver working software together with the evidence produced while building it.

Intellectual property

On full payment, the deliverables of an engagement, including source code, configuration, and documentation created for you, are assigned to you. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how we bring remain ours and are licensed to you for use within the deliverables. We may describe engagements in anonymised form unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Fees and payment

Fees are fixed per engagement and set out before work begins, with a payment schedule in the engagement agreement. Invoices are payable within 15 days unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at the prevailing rate.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. This survives the end of the engagement for three years. Separate NDAs, where signed, take precedence.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that deliverables will materially match the agreed scope for 30 days after hand-over and will re-perform work that does not. Beyond that, the website and deliverables are provided as-is, and our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for it. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Use of this website

Content on www.ascendra.one is ours or our clients’ and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You may link to any page. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or access non-public areas.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes to engagement terms never apply retroactively to signed agreements.
